As promised, I'm going to tell you about the emjoi AP-9L by epislim.
For starters, it's probably one of the smallest epilators on the market but it was the only one I could afford at the time. I'm sure there are some better on the market, but the prices can be excessive. Would I recommend it? Yes, but it is rather small. It works great for any facial areas due to it's size. I've used it several times to prevent both my boys from having the cursed uni brow.
Does it hurt to use it? Of course, you're pulling hair from the roots, but you will get used to it the more you use it and it will hurt less in most areas.

Now for my opinion. As noted above, it doesn't say anything about being water proof, but I have dropped it in a tub of water and it still works great. Of course, I got it out as soon as possible. Am I recommending using it under water? No. But it will take a short time under, just make sure to dry it good before you use it again. I also place the tip in either a small thing of alcohol or peroxide and let it sit for a few minutes. Sometimes I let it run so all the small places in there can be cleaned as well. I've never had any trouble with it.
Sometimes it will only shorten the hair instead of pulling it out so you have to be careful of ingrown hair forming just under the skin, so take special note of this.
I've used it under my arms, on my legs and on my boys brow right above the nose. Since it is so small, using this on my legs does take a while but since I only have to do this 3 to 4 times a month, I fell it's worth it.
I haven't kept track of how often I have to change batteries, but that really depends on how often it's used.
If you decide to do some more research on it, you'll find most reviews are 3.9 or greater out of 4. Decide for yourself what you want to do. If you would rather buy a larger one, make sure you check it out. Read how others feel about it. Make sure it will do exactly what you want.
I really don't regret using this product. I've actually come to enjoy not having to shave all the time. Maybe this post will help you. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me. I'll answer to the best of my ability and if I don't know, I'll tell you.
Have a great day and God bless.
