Do you have really dry skin?

There is a product on the market called O'Keeffe's Working Hands. It's the most unusual lotion I've ever had the pleasure of using.

Ingredients: water, glycerin, stearic acid, ammonium stearate, ammonuim borate, dimethicone, ceteth-10, laureth-4, paraffin wax, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, allateoin octydodecyl stearate, diazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl butycarbamate

Directions: apply to dry skin as needed throughout the day, particularly after washing hands and bathing. nighttime use is also recommended because skin temperature ruses during sleep, resulting in increased circulation and healing. apply sparingly. a little goes a long way. mild stinging of damaged skin is normal. discontinue use if irritation persists.

If you have dry skin that cracks and bleeds, this product is for you. Even you men that don't like using lotion, you'll probably like this.

For starters, there is no greasy feeling like some lotions made for us women. There is no scent, which my husband loves. Actually he likes both of the points I've just made. It's hard to make him use lotion even though he really needs it because of work. His hard crack and bleed every winter, and sometimes during the summer. Between the smell and feel once it's actually on, he just won't use any to help his hands. I never thought I'd find a lotion he would use, but he'll use this one.

I learned about this through one of the ladies that I've worked with in a school lunchroom. She uses it because of how bad her hands get. I went to the store she told me about and fell in love with this. I like using lotion but sometimes the scent will over ride the cologne I have on or the two will clash, so I quit using it to help my skin.

To give an example of how well this works, I have really rough spots on my elbows, I've been using this product on this area and it's slowly going away. It's nice not having elbows that don't snag some of my clothing.

Anyway, I hope you try it. I promise you'll like it.
